LONDON (Alliance News) - Vectura Group PLC on Tuesday said Chief Executive Chris Blackwell has informed the company he intends to step down from his role.
He has been with the company for 12 years and will remain in the position until June 2015 to assist the board in identifying his replacement.
"I am intensely proud of what we have achieved over the past twelve years and I feel that now is the right time to move on," said Blackwell.
