UPDATE: 3i Group directors and managers buy GBP3.7 million in shares

3i Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Non-Executive Director Peter McKellar buys 25,000 shares at GBP34.46, worth GBP861,500, on Friday last week. 3i previously had said that associate Karen McKellar bought 4,000 shares on Friday. Finance Director James Hatchley buys 15,000 shares at GBP33.97, worth GBP509,550, on Monday. 3i directors and managers have bought a total of GBP3.7 million in shares since Thursday last week.

Current stock price: 3,329.00 pence, down 2.1% in London on Tuesday
