UK EXECUTIVE CHANGE SUMMARY: InnovaDerma CEO Steps Down Immediately

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

InnovaDerma PLC - London-based beauty, personal care and life science products - Kieran Callan steps down as chief executive officer with immediate effect, "by mutual agreement with the board". Executive Chair Joe Bayer will be interim CEO as well until a replacement CEO is found. Financial Controller Warren Dockary is promoted to chief financial officer, reporting to the board.

SolGold PLC - copper and gold in Ecuador - Brian Moller steps down as chair, replaced by independent non-executive director Liam Twigger. Moller will remain as a non-executive director. Twigger was a founding partner for establishing Macquarie Bank in Perth. SolGold also says Robert Weinberg will retire as non-executive director at the company's annual general meeting, last year held in September.

Redx Pharma PLC - Macclesfield, England-based drug discovery and development - Tom Burt joins as non-executive director, effective from Tuesday, to represent shareholder Sofinnova Partners, where he is a partner in the Crossover fund. Burt previously was a research analyst at Peel Hunt.
