UK DMO revises down gilt issuance remit for 2026/27

April 23 (Reuters) - ​Britain's ⁠Debt Management ​Office on Thursday revised ​down ‌its government bond ⁠issuance plans ⁠for the current ​2026/27 financial year to 246.2 billion ​pounds ($332.10 billion) ‌from 252.1 billion pounds previously.

The revision, ​a routine move ‌following publication of full-year government borrowing ‌data for the 2025/26 financial year that ​concluded in March, also ‌showed the DMO maintained its plans for ⁠positive ⁠net T-bill ‌issuance of 5 ​billion pounds.
