(Sharecast News) - Trustpilot said on Thursday that Zillah Byng-Thorne has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and deputy chair with effect from 1 October.
The company said Byng-Thorne brings extensive technology sector experience, spanning online gaming, digital media and e-commerce, having previously held roles at GoCo Group, Trainline, Trade Media Group, Mecom and THG.
"Her appointment will significantly strengthen Trustpilot's board with over 17 years' experience of sitting on boards and committees of FTSE-listed companies," it said.
Byng-Thorne is currently the chief executive and executive director of media group Future, and non-executive director at Flutter Entertainment.
