(Alliance News) - Treatt PLC on Friday said it has appointed Manprit Randhawa as interim chief financial officer, effective from Monday.
The Suffolk, England-based extracts and ingredients manufacturer confirmed that as previously announced Ryan Govender will step down as director and CFO at the end of September, after completing a handover period to Randhawa.
Treatt said Randhawa will support the company while the process to appoint a permanent replacement continues.
Randhawa will join Treatt's executive committee but will not be a member of the board. He is joining Treatt from life science firm SkinBioTherapeutics, where he was CFO.
"We are delighted to welcome Manprit as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He brings a wealth of strategic and commercial expertise to Treatt, and we look forward to working with him," said Treatt Chair Vijay Thakrar.
Shares in Treatt were up 0.1% at 228.66 pence in London on Friday morning.
