Trafalgar sells Ashtead land, gets planning permission in Epsom

(Sharecast News) - Residential property developer Trafalgar Property Group updated the market on the sale of land at Barnett Wood Lane in Ashtead, Surrey on Wednesday.
The AIM-traded firm said Ashtead had now been sold for £0.69m, with the funds received to be used for general working capital requirements, and for other schemes that were either in the planning system or being worked on.

"The company is also pleased to announce it achieved planning permission on its site in Epsom, Surrey, and that this site is under offer and going through legal due diligence," the board said in its statement.

At 1110 BST, shares in Trafalgar Property Group were up 50% at 0.19p.
