TP ICAP risk committee chairman to step down

(Sharecast News) - TP ICAP on Friday announced that risk committee chairman David Shalders will step down from the board at the end of the month after joining the London Stock Exchange Group.
The FTSE 250-listed company said it will announce a replacement for Shalders in due course, with non executive director Michael Heaney set to assume the the risk committee chairmanship on an interim basis from 30 October.

Chairman Richard Berliand said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thank David for his valuable contribution to our group over the past six years, and we wish him well for the future."

TP ICAP shares were down 0.18% at 332.00p at 0945 BST.
