(Alliance News) - TP ICAP PLC on Friday said Non-Executive & Senior Independent Director Angela Knight will not seek re-election at the company's next annual general meeting.
Knight - who has been with brokerage company for almost nine years - was appointed to the board of finance firm Encore Capital Group Inc on Wednesday.
TP ICAP shares were trading 0.6% lower on Friday in London at 336.10 pence each.
