The Investment Co Appoints New Chairman As Three Directors Retire
LONDON (Alliance News) - The Investment Co PLC said Monday that it has appointed Ian Dighe as non-executive chairman and Tim Metcalfe as non-executive director with immediate affect.
Meanwhile, Chairman David Thomson, Non-Executive Director Peter Allen and Non-Executive Director Stephen Cockburn retired from the board.
Dighe has experience working with closed end funds and previously worked for Gartmore Growth Opportunities Trust PLC, Artemis Alpha Trust PLC and Strategic Equity Capital PLC.
Metcalfe was joint chief executive officer of Zeus Capital.
The Investment Co shares were untraded at 341.25 pence each.
