LONDON (Alliance News) - Building services group TClarke said on Tuesday that it has appointed Trevor Mitchell as finance director.
Mitchell has been acting as interim finance director since February 1 but has now agreed to remain permanently as CFO.
Mitchell owns 142,000 shares in TClarke, equivalent to 0.3% of the company.
Shares in TClarke were down 1.9% at 81.30 pence each on Tuesday Morning.
