LONDON (Alliance News) - Restaurant operator Tasty PLC said on Tuesday it has conditionally raised GBP250,000 via an open offer.
Shares in Tasty closed down 3.0% at 4.8 pence on Tuesday, giving it a market capitalisation of GBP3.3 million.
Tasty has raised the funds via an open offer for up to 6.3 million shares. The company said it received acceptances in respect of 6.6 million shares.
"Accordingly, the maximum number of open offer shares will be issued and allotted pursuant to the open offer," the company said.
Admission of the shares is expected on Thursday.
