LONDON (Alliance News) - Spectra Systems Corp Monday said it has postponed its annual general meeting until the New Year because it was recently made aware that it does not have enough shareholder votes to achieve a quorum.
The meeting had been scheduled to take place Monday. It said it will make a further announcement about it in due course.
It added that it continues to trade in line with expectations.
