SpaceandPeople share suspension lifted after admission of new shares

(Alliance News) - SpaceandPeople PLC on Monday said its temporary suspension from trading on AIM has been lifted.

On Wednesday, the retail, promotional, and brand experience specialist said its shares had been temporarily suspended from trading, pending the admission of new shares of10 pence each. On Friday, it explained every 10 existing ordinary shares of 1 pence each will be consolidated into 1 new ordinary share of 10 pence each.

On Friday the Glasgow-based company added it had applied for 2.0 million new shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Shares in SpaceandPeople were untraded at 140.00 pence each in London on Monday morning.
