Sundae Bar to introduce seven AI agents to accelerate AI development

Thu, 14th May 2026 22:03

(Alliance News) - Sundae Bar PLC on Thursday announced its effort to double the size of its technology team by adding seven AI agents to enhance enterprise AI development.

The London-based AI software solutions company said the agents will "automate large parts of the enterprise AI development, evaluation and deployment pipeline."

Sundae Bar said its initiative will reduce manual operational workloads by more than 80%.

"We are not only commercialising AI agents, we are increasingly using autonomous AI agents to help scale our own business... We are building the infrastructure, evaluation systems and operational workflows required to deploy it at enterprise scale," said Jill Kenney, chief executive officer of Sunday Bar.

The company will introduce its AI agents through its X account, deploying them to production workflows thereafter.

Shares in Sundae closed down 0.2% at 4.34 pence in London on Thursday.
