SMALL-CAP WINNERS & LOSERS: On The Beach says dividends on radar

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Tuesday.

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

On The Beach Group PLC, up 15% at 134.76 pence, 12-month range 81.24p-192.19p. The package holiday company says revenue in the year to September 30 increases 19% to GBP170.2 million, from GBP143.4 million. Its pretax profit jumped to GBP12.9 million from GBP2.2 million. It did not recommend a final dividend for financial 2023. However, it does intend to reintroduce a dividend for the next financial year, based on a return to "normal market conditions" and a "sustainable cash generative business model".

Petrofac Ltd, up 6.2% at 22.10 pence, 12-month range 14.58p-91.00p. The provider of services to the energy industry extends gains after registering a 22% advance on Monday. It said Monday it is mulling a "range of strategic and financial options" to bolster its coffers.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

Lindsell Train Investment Trust PLC, down 1.6% at 858.52p, 12-month range 713.92p-1,140.00p. The firm underperforms the MSCI World Index total return in the half-year to September 30. Its net asset value total return is negative 3.6% for the six months, shy of the MSCI World Index's 4.5% advance. Its net asset value per share shrinks 8.3% to GBP968.75 on September 30, from GBP1,056.95 on March 31.
