(Alliance News) - Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC on Tuesday said it appointed Nathalie Delapalme as a non-executive director with effect from Thursday last week.
Delapalme is an independent director on the board of Maurel et Prom and has acted as an alternate to Maurel et Prom's nominee Michel Hochard since the end of June 2014. She is also an executive director of the Mo Ibrahim Foundation.
"The Seplat board of directors is indeed privileged to have her on board and we look forward to her unparalleled contribution to the continued growth and success of the board and company," Seplat said in its statement Tuesday.
Seplat shares closed 2.2% lower in London on Tuesday at 112.50 pence each.
