(Alliance News) - Seplat Petroleum Development Co PLC said Monday Non-Executive Director Macaulay Ofurhie will resign from the oil & gas firm from Sunday.
Seplat explained Ofurhie had "served meritoriously" since being appointed in 2010.
Shares in Seplat closed untraded at 118.00 pence in London on Monday.
