Scottish Mortgage Issues 500,000 Shares From Treasury (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Scottish Mortgage Investment Trust PLC Thursday said it has issued 500,000 shares from treasury at 244.50 pence each.

The investment trust said the share price was at a premium to the prevailing net asset value.

Shares in Scottish Mortgage closed up 2.2% at 245.10p on Thursday.
