The Founders report provides shareholders with an overview of the Group’s strategy, operating model, market positioning and long-term growth ambitions, alongside commentary from the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Orville Ricardo Forbes.

The Group continues to operate a lean, owner led structure with a focus on provenance, quality control and long term value creation. Agricultural operations remain based in Jamaica within the Blue and John Crow Mountains, with international expansion coordinated through the Company’s UK and North American entities.
