LONDON (Alliance News) - Rockfire Resources PLC said Friday that it appointed Patrick Elliott as non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Elliott is an experienced resources and industrial company director, the gold and copper-focused resource company said.
He has held senior executive positions with Consolidated Gold Fields Ltd and Morgan Grenfell Australia Ltd.
Currently he sits as Chair on the boards of Argonaut Resources NL, Cap-XX Ltd and Tamboran Resources Ltd. He is also non-executive director of Ioneer Ltd and Kirrama Resources Ltd.
Rockfire Resources were trading down 2.8% at 0.83 pence each.
