LONDON (Alliance News) - CareTech Holdings PLC said on Wednesday Richard Griffiths now has a 9.7% stake in the company after a transaction on Wednesday last week.
Griffiths had had a stake below 3% prior to that, but the exact figure was not given. CareTech shares were 2.6% higher in late trade at 395 pence each.
Earlier this month, CareTech completed the GBP372 million of peer Cambian Group PLC, which runs specialist education for children.
