LONDON (Alliance News) - Residential Secure Income PLC on Wednesday declared a 1.25 pence per share interim dividend covering the three months to December-end.
The firm will pay 1.125p of the dividend as a property income distribution in respect of the company's tax exempt property rental business and 0.125p as an ordinary UK dividend.
The dividend will be paid on March 8.
Residential Secure Income shares were trading down 0.4% at 90.00p each Wednesday afternoon.
