REPEAT: F&C Investment Trust share split comes into effect

F&C Investment Trust PLC - London-based investor focused on long-term growth in capital and income from a global portfolio - Four-to-one share split comes into effect on Monday, after securing approval from shareholders at the annual general meeting on April 29. The new ordinary shares' ISIN is GB00BS88V647 and the SEDOL is BS88V64. Total shares in issue amount to 1.89 billion, plus an additional 360.1 million shares held in treasury. Total voting rights amount to 1.89 billion. The company's net asset value per share was 1,300.62 pence at December 31, up from 1,176.82p a year earlier.

Current share price: 330.12p, after four-to-one share split
