LONDON (Alliance News) - Ranger Direct Lending Fund PLC said Friday it appointed Brett Miller as a non-executive director with immediate effect.
Miller is currently involved in the directorships of several investment companies as a non-executive, including The Local Shopping REIT PLC, Manchester and London Investment Trust PLC and EIH PLC.
Ranger shares were trading 3.7% higher at 816.00 pence each.
