LONDON (Alliance News) - Rambler Metals and Mining PLC Wednesday said it has filed the technical report to accompany the results of its pre-feasibility study aimed at bringing the lower footwall zone deposit into the Ming mine plan.
Rambler completed a pre-feasibility engineering study and economic assessment aimed to integrate the mineral resource in the lower footwall zone into the life-of-mine plan for the Ming copper-gold mine in Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada back in July.
On Wednesday, the company said it has now filed the associated NI43-101 technical report on SEDAR, the official site that provides access to most public securities documents and information filed by Canadian-listed companies, and said it is still progressing talks about securing financing to strengthen its working capital.
"Due diligence and discussions with various debt service providers is continuing. The company will provide an update on its progress in due course," it said in a statement.
Rambler shares were down 4.0% to 7.80 pence per share on Wednesday afternoon.
