Quadrise Fuels Appoints Ian Williams As Executive Chairman

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Quadrise Fuels International Plc (QFI.LN), a company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of emulsified fuel, announced Wednesday the appointment of Ian R J Williams as Executive Chairman and Hemant Thanawala as Finance Director with immediate effect.
