LONDON (Alliance News) - Puma VCT 13 PLC said Thursday it issued 147,780 shares pursuant to share subscription offer launched in July.
Following the allotment, the company has 19.9 million shares in issue.
At the end of July, Puma VCT 13 launched an offer for subscription to raise up to GBP5 million via shares at GBP1.
Puma VCT 13 shares were untraded at 98.0 pence each.
