LONDON (Alliance News) - Proximity marketing and payments technology firm Proxama PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Kelvin Harrison as its non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
Harrison currently holds chairmanships with travel agent technology firm Traveltek, IT firm Atlas Cloud and tenant services platform Clixfix.
Proxama's incumbent chairman, David Bailey, has become deputy chairman.
Shares in Proxama were down 3.7% to 0.361 pence on Thursday.
