LONDON (Alliance News) - Shares in Produce Investments PLC were cancelled from AIM trading on Tuesday following its acquisition by Promethean Investments LLP.
Promethean Investments declared an unconditional offer for the fresh potato and daffodil sector operator at the start of November when valid acceptances from 80% of Produce Investments' shares were received.
The cash consideration for Produce Investments is recommended and values the entire issued capital of the firm at GBP53.0 million.
