(Alliance News) - Pollen Street Secured Lending PLC has selected Non-Executive Director Mahnaz Safa to take up the role of senior independent director with effect from January 1.
She will be replacing Simon King, who will become chair of the London-based investment trust on the same date.
Safa has been part of Pollen Street Secured as non-executive director for three years since 2016.
Her most recent executive role was as head of Markets, Europe & America at Australia & New Zealand Bank Group Ltd, for three years since 2016.
Shares in Pollen Street Secured Lending were up 0.7% at 830.00 pence on Tuesday in London.
