(Sharecast News) - PHSC said on Monday that it has completed the disposal of its freehold property at Raunds, Northamptonshire, for gross cash proceeds of about £191,000, with the sale completing on 23 January.
The AIM-traded group said the property at Unit 6, Blotts Barn, Brooks Road had previously been used by its wholly-owned subsidiaries RSA Environmental Health and Quality Leisure Management, but had become underused following changes in working patterns since the pandemic and was no longer required for day-to-day operations.
It said the disposal would allow it to reinvest capital into areas that support growth, capability and operational development.
At 0848 GMT, shares in PHSC were down 8.2% at 9.18p.
