LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment holding company Pershing Square Holdings Ltd on Wednesday announced it has initiated a quarterly dividend of 10 US cents per share.
The company said it believes that "instituting a quarterly dividend will expand its investor base by attracting shareholders who prefer or require dividend-paying equities".
For 2019, the firm will pay four dividends on March 1, May 31, August 30 and November 11.
Pershing shares were trading up 1.0% at USD15.90 each.
