Permanent TSB Independent Non-Executive Director O'Neill To Resign

(Alliance News) - Permanent TSB Group Holdings PLC on Tuesday said that Independent Non-Executive Director Julie O'Neill will step down from the board.

The Dublin-based lender said O'Neill will step down, effective from the end of the annual general meeting on May 6.

She joined the company in January 2014 as a non-executive director and became a senior independent director in April 2016.

Permanent TSB shares closed up 1.0% at 1.04 pence each on Tuesday in London.
