Park Group buys employee motivation partner Fisher Moy

(ShareCast News) - Multi-retailer gift voucher company Park Group has acquired Fisher Moy International, a corporate employee and customer engagement specialist, for an undisclosed fee after working with the company for over a year as an external provider.The AIM-listed company expects debt-free Fisher Moy, which will continue to operate under its brand name from its Buckinghamshire office, to be earnings enhancing in the first full-year of ownership.The company said the acquisition will position it as provider of rewards and incentive programmes to the corporate market and Park's publicly listed status will also help Fisher Moy market its services to large corporations.Park chief executive Chris Houghton said the acquisition is in line with the company's strategy of new product development and enhancement and it will integrate easily into its corporate business."Having worked with Fisher Moy as an external provider for over a year to expand our online corporate offering, the synergies between our businesses became apparent and we are pleased to bring their additional capabilities into the group. Fisher Moy also offers us an established presence in the south."Fisher Moy has worked with Huawei, Close Brothers, Inchcape, Logitech and LV to create events, targeted incentives and reward schemes.
