(Alliance News) - OTAQ PLC announced on Wednesday the appointment of Justine Dowds as chief financial officer with immediate effect.
Dowds joined the London-based marine technology company in July 2023 as interim chief financial officer.
Dowds replaced former CFO Matt Enright, who resigned on July 31 to take up a new role outside of the company.
OTAQ said Dowds has held senior positions across companies in various sectors, including property development, aviation, charter services, IT and construction. More recently, Dowds was the managing director of GB3 Ltd, the IT managed services company.
Chief Executive Officer Phil Newby said: "Justine has made a significant contribution since joining OTAQ on an interim basis, so it gives me great pleasure in welcoming her to the board and to the role on a permanent basis."
OTAQ shares were untraded at 1.75 pence each on the Aquis exchange on Wednesday afternoon.
