OSB promotes Victoria Hyde to chief financial officer

Fri, 05th Apr 2024 09:53

(Alliance News) - OSB Group PLC on Friday named Victoria Hyde as its chief financial officer, with effect from May 10.

Hyde had joined the Chatham, England-based mortgage lender, formerly known as OneSavings Bank, back in 2022 as deputy CFO.

"Prior to joining OSBG, during a 21-year career at [Barclays PLC], Victoria undertook several complex roles across product control, treasury finance and financial planning [and] analysis," the firm explained.

Most recently, she served as finance director of the Barclays consumer, cards and payments businesses.

This comes after OSB announced back in November that April Talintyre was to retire as CFO, though at the time, it did not confirm when.

Shares in OSB were down 1.1% at 361.60 pence each in London on Friday morning.
