Octopus Investments Cuts Mi-Pay Stake To 6.07% (ALLISS)

LONDON (Alliance News) - Mi-Pay Group PLC said Thursday that Octopus Investments Nominees Ltd lowered its stake in the company to 6.07%.

Prior to the deal, Octopus held a 15.36% stake in the payments company.

Mi-Pay shares were trading down 3.5% at 9.51 pence each.
