NORWAY GAS-St Fergus outage cuts exports to Britain

* Norway's pipeline gas exports total 176 mcm/day * Flows to Belgium shut due to one-day maintenance OSLO, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Norway's pipeline gas exports to Britain fellsharply on Tuesday as flows via the FLAGS pipeline dropped to zero, anddeliveries to Belgium stopped due to a planned maintenance, data from gas systemoperator Gassco showed. Deliveries via FLAGS pipeline were down due to an overnight outage atShell's receiving terminal at St Fergus, analysts at Thomson ReutersPoint Carbon said. Flows to Belgium dropped to zero from 39 million cubic metres (mcm) per dayon Monday. They were expected to return to normal on Wednesday morning.
