(Alliance News) - Northamber PLC on Friday said it has purchased a freehold warehouse facility in Swindon for GBP3.2 million in cash.
Shares in Surrey-headquartered Northamber were down 3.1% at 51.36 pence in London in afternoon trading.
The 51,000 square foot facility is located within the Westpoint Industrial Estate and was built in the late 1980s. It is close to major road networks and to IT equipment distributor Northamber's courier partner.
The GBP3.2 million is to be funded using Northamber's existing resources.
