(Alliance News) - Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure Trust PLC on Friday said its director and chair David Simpson has retired after a decade at the company.
He will be replaced by Susannah Nicklin, who joined the board of the global utilities and infrastructure trust in September 2020 and was appointed as senior independent director two years ago.
Nicklin will also continue to chair the Management Engagement Committee, while Max King will replace her as senior independent director.
Simpson joined the trust during its formation following the reconstruction of Ecofin Water & Power Opportunities PLC, where he served as a non-executive director for about two years before the move.
Ecofin Global Utilities & Infrastructure shares were unchanged at 255.00 pence each on Friday morning in London.
