LONDON (Alliance News) - Hosted managed and cloud computing services provider Nasstar PLC on Monday said its revenue and adjusted earnings should meet market expectations for 2015.
Nasstar said the second half of the year was boosted by the benefits of its e-know.net and Kamanchi businesses and said its acquisition strategy was furthered late in the year with the acquisition of VESK.
In addition, the company secured a three-year contract renewal with Pertemps Network Administration Ltd, its largest customer, which increased the minimum number of users per month and boosted Nasstar's recurring revenue stream.
Nasstar said it expects to publish its final results on April 11.
Shares in the company were down 1.5% to 8.25 pence early Monday.
