LONDON (Alliance News) - MySQUAR Ltd said Wednesday Chairman Piers Pottinger has resigned from the company with immediate effect.
The firm did not add any further information as to why Pottinger has left.
MySQUAR requested its shares to be suspended from trading on Monday in order to clarify its financial position.
Currently, the entertainment and payments platform provider's cash balances are low, and due to the inability to draw down on a USD1 million facility from Rising Dragon Singapore Pte Ltd, there is material uncertainty regarding its working capital position, the company said.
