Thu, 26th May 2016 08:22

LONDON (Alliance News) - Technology investment company Mercia Technologies PLC on Thursday said Chairman Ray Chamberlain will step down from the role.

Chamberlain will be replaced by current deputy chair Susan Searle but will remain a non-executive director of the company.

"These changes provide strong continuity of leadership for the board, and I look forward to continuing to work with Susan as chair and Ray as a non-executive director going forward," said Chief Executive Mark Payton.

Mercia shares were untraded early Thursday, having last traded at 43.50 pence.
