Johnson is now interested in 110,062 shares, a 0.01% stake. Johnson's appointment to the board is expected to be from April 13, being the day following its annual general meeting.

Share sold via Forward Nominees Ltd. Chamberlain is now interested in 63.6 million shares, a 14.56% stake.
