Feb 4 (Reuters) - Some U.S. stocks on the move on Monday:

WALL ST RETREATS FROM 5-YEAR HIGH

Stocks fell after a disappointing report on factory orders,retreating from gains in the prior session that left the S&P 500at a five-year high and the Dow above 14,000. The Dow Jonesindustrial average was down 117.19 points, or 0.84percent, at 13,892.60. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index was down 13.72 points, or 0.91 percent, at 1,499.45. The NasdaqComposite Index was down 37.77 points, or 1.19 percent,at 3,141.33.

** HYPERION THERAPEUTICS, $21.50, up 34 pct (1320ET)

U.S. health regulators on Friday approved the company's drugto remove ammonia buildup from the blood of patients with enzymedeficiencies known as urea cycle disorders.

** ORACLE CORP, $35.29, down 2.5 pct (1257 ET)

** ACME PACKET INC, $29.19, up 22 pct (1257 ET)

** SONUS NETWORKS INC, $2.61, up 15 pct (1257 ET)

** BROADSOFT INC, $37.33, up 6 pct (1258 ET)

** PROCERA NETWORKS, $17.72, up 5 pct (1258 ET)

** ALLOT COMMUNICATIONS < ALLT.O>, $14.25 up 3 pct (1258 ET)

** INFINERA CORP, $7.29, up 1 pct (1259 ET)

Oracle agreed to buy Acme Packet, which makes networkequipment to speed up voice, video and data delivery acrossnetworks, for about $2 billion - representing a 22 pct premium.

Shares of other networking gear maker also rose on the news.

** PANASONIC CORP, $7.66, up 12 pct (1259 ET)

** SONY CORP, $15.55, up 3 pct (1259 ET)

A softer yen helped Japan-based exporters and hinted at arecovery for troubled consumer electric companies.

Panasonic, which makes Viera TVs, reported a return toprofit and stuck to its full-year earnings forecast as it movedits business away from loss-making TVs in favor of householdappliances.

** BLACKBERRY , $14.66, up 13 pct (1300 ET)

Bernstein Research upgraded the stock to "outperform" afterlast week's launch of the company's new line of BlackBerrysmartphones.

** BIOLINE RX LTD , $4.01, down 15 pct(1301 ET)

The Israel-based company said it has no insight into theresults of its antipsychiotic drug and media reports on theoutcome of the trial called Clarity, are based on speculation.

The company's shares have risen about 63 percent since Jan.15th after a Seeking Alpha article called the drug a potentialmulti-billion dollar drug.

** SKY-MOBI LTD, $1.99, up 2.4 pct (1301 ET)

The China-focused mobile application store reportedthird-quarter results above analysts' estimates.

** HARMONY GOLD MINING CORP, $7.1, up 8 pct (1104 ET)

South Africa's third-largest gold producer, also listed as on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, said strikingworkers may return to its Kusasalethu mine as early as nextweek, and the company reported better-than-expected quarterlyresults on Monday.

** BIOFUEL ENERGY CORP, $4.57, down 5 pct (1302 ET)

** RENEWABLE ENERGY GROUP INC $7.44, up 7 pct (1303ET)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Thursdayproposed raising the renewable fuel standard requirement forcelluslosic biofuel, giving corn ethanol a larger share of theU.S. gasoline market. Shares of BioFuel Energy, which producesand sells ethanol and its co-products, primarily distillersgrain and corn oil, were earlier up as much as 6.5 percent.

** JINKO SOLAR HOLDING CO, $7.91, up 5 pct (1300 ET)

The Chinese solar company said one of its units issuedsix-year bonds of $128.35 million to fund capital expenditureand working capital. The bonds, issued at a fixed annualinterest rate of 8.99 percent, will mature on Jan 29, JinkoSolar said in a statement.

** CYBERONICS INC, $47.39, up 7 pct (1303 ET)

The medical device maker said a lawsuit filed by itsemployee Andrew Hagerty was voluntarily dismissed on Feb. 1.

Hagerty, in the lawsuit, had alleged Cyberonics askedpatients on its implantable VNS therapy devices to replace thesystem's batteries more frequently than needed, and withoutfollowing FDA-approved procedures.

** DECKERS OUTDOOR CORP, $41.81, up 5 pct (1304 ET)

Brokerage Jefferies & Co raised its price target on theshoemaker's stock to $60 from $50. "Online trends and storechecks indicate that the UGG brand is still a core winterstaple," analyst Randal Konik wrote in a note. He also addedthat a recent drop in temperature in January has also likelyboosted the products purchase.

** ROCKWELL MEDICAL INC, $6.69, up 4 pct (1305 ET)

The company said a clinical study showed that regularadministration of its experimental treatment for iron deficiencyreduced the need for additional agents to boost red blood cellproduction by 37 percent.

** WESTERN UNION CO, $14.67, up 2 pct (1305 ET)

Deutsche Bank raised the rating on the payment servicesprovider's stock to "buy" from "hold," according totheTheflyonthewall.com.

** CONCURRENT COMPUTER CORP, $8.07, up 8 pct (1305ET)

The company, which provides software and services for thevideo market and the media industry, is the National InflationAssociation's new stock pick, according to Benzinga.com. Theassociation picks and profiles companies that it expects willprosper during inflation.

** HERBALIFE LTD, $34.00, down 3 pct (1306 ET)

The New York Post reported that the seller of weight lossproducts is facing a law enforcement probe. The newspaper saidit obtained documents from the U.S. Federal Trade Commissionthat mentioned a "law enforcement investigation" and "pendinglaw enforcement action."

** CREDIT CORP LTD, $149.57, down 6 pct (1307 ET)

JP Morgan cut its rating on the Peru-based commercial andinvestment bank's stock to "neutral."

** MERCURY GENERAL CORP, $38.02, down 6 pct (1308ET)

The insurance holding company reported a wider-than-expected quarterly loss due to the impact of Superstorm Sandy andincreased loss severity in California.

** YOUKU TUDOU INC, $21.81, down 6 pct (1308 ET)

Brokerage Maxim Group downgraded the online video company'sstock to "sell" from "hold," Theflyonthewall.com reported.[ID:nWNAB00REH]

** CASH AMERICA INTERNATIONAL INC, $47.48, down 3pct (1308 ET)

Janney Capital cut its rating on the pawn and paydaylender's stock to "neutral" due to year over year reduction inpawn balance and weak pawn loans growth in the U.S.

** MERCK & CO $40.99, down 1.9 pct (1309 ET)

Brokerages Morgan Stanley and Leerink Swann downgraded thedrugmaker's stock.

** CHEVRON INC, $115.45, down 0.8 pct (1309 ET)

UBS Investment Research cut the rating on the second-largestU.S. oil producer to "neutral" from "buy" according toTheflyonthewall.com.

** WALMART INC, $69.50, down 1.5 pct (1310 ET)

JP Morgan cut its rating on world's largest retailer to"neutral."

** ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV SA , $87.91, down 5pct (1310 ET)

The U.S. is fighting Anheuser-Busch's acquisition proposalfor Grupo Modelo with a game plan developed inearlier antitrust cases, casting the Budweiser brewer as adominant player that wants to eliminate a scrappy rival, theWall Street Journal reported.

** HUMANA INC, $78.84, up 5 pct (1311 ET)

The health insurer reported lower fourth-quarter earningsthat still exceeded analysts' expectations as the company keptcontrol of rising costs..

** RANDGOLD RESOURCES , $98.61, up 3 pct(1312 ET)

The Africa-focused miner posted a 16 percent rise in profitfor the year to Dec. 31 and increased its dividend by 25 percentto 50 cents.

** VODAFONE GROUP PLC , $26.99 down 1.1 pct(1312 ET)

Citi Investment Research downgraded the telecom operator'sstock to "neutral".

** GANNETT CO INC, $18.71, down 5.2 pct (1313 ET)

The largest newspaper chain in the United States reported abetter-than-expected rise in quarterly revenue, but a part ofthe increase had to do with an extra week in the quarter,compared to the same period last year.

Investors sent the stock down, likely stripping out theextra week and seasonal political advertising from the results.

"It was not like they blew out expectations," said Evercoreanalyst Doug Arthur. "It's a little bit of a mixed bag with anextra week."

** THE CLOROX CO, $80.14, up 1.2 pct (1313 ET)

The company, best known for its namesake bleach, reportedhigher quarterly profit as a severe flu season boosted sales ofdisinfecting wipes. Sales were also helped by a new concentratedversion of the bleach. (Compiled by Mridhula Raghavan in Bangalore)
