LightwaveRF Promotes Kevin Edwards To Group Finance Boss

LONDON (Alliance News) - LightwaveRF PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Kevin Edwards as its chief financial officer with immediate effect.

LightwaveRF has create a smart home platform which will allow households and businesses to control lighting, power, heating and security via a smartphone.

Edwards joined the company in 2015 as finance director for LightwaveRF Technology Ltd, the company's principal trading subsidiary.

Shares in LightwaveRF were down 3.1% to 15.50 pence Thursday.
