Landore Resources 35.5M Share Subscription At 7.3P Each,

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Landore Resources Limited (LND.LN) said Tuesday it has agreed a subscription of 35,526,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each at a price of 7.25 pence per Subscription Share to raise GBP2,575,635 before expenses.
