JKX Oil Ukraine Business Unaffected By Martial Law Imposition

LONDON (Alliance News) - JKX Oil & Gas PLC said Thursday that its business in the Ukraine remains unaffected by the imposition of Martial Law.

The Ukrainian government introduced Martial Law in 10 regions of the country bordering with Russia or seas for a period of 30 days on Wednesday.

"The imposition of Martial Law does not affect the region in which PPC, the wholly owned subsidiary of JKX operates," the company said, adding that it will continue to monitor the situation closed.

Shares in JKX Oil were trading 1.8% higher at 248.00 pence each.
