Irish annual house price growth eases to 6.5% in March

DUBLIN, May ​13 (Reuters) - ⁠Irish ​annual house price inflation ​eased ‌slightly ⁠to 6.5% ⁠in March ​from 6.7% in February, Central ​Statistics ‌Office data showed ​on Wednesday.

The ‌rate of house price ‌growth in March is the ​lowest annual increase since ‌February 2024 when the ⁠annual ⁠rate ‌of growth ​was 6.2%. (Reporting by ​Graham ‌Fahy; Editing by Andrew Heavens)
